We have done our homework

Metrodata TiNet 2.5, the sixth version of the most successful titration software on the market, is on its way. It goes without saying that the new Metrohm Titrinos as well as the new 831 KF Coulometer are fully integrated into the program. The users will find a titration software with familiar structure and user interface. However, with respect to 21 CFR Part 11 TiNet has been thoroughly revised and extended. Numerous new functions have been implemented, which can be activated by the user when installing the software.

Security policies

Under the menu item "Security policies" the login procedure, password settings, audit trail and electronic signatures are defined. In order to facilitate your work, you can select the function "Settings according to 21 CFR Part 11" and with a single mouse-click activate the settings required by this regulation. It couldn't be easier! You can, of course, also make each setting separately according to your individual requirements; this allows an exact adaptation to your company's own security policy.

Result reports

Using the raw data files, TiNet 2.5 automatically creates PDF reports that are stored. This means that the result reports are directly available for being viewed, printed out or transferred in electronic form. In addition, they are protected against accidental or intentional alterations.

Networking

The components of the TiNet 2.5 network are the instruments of the Titrino range as well as the KF Coulometers. Several Metrohm sample changer models and the new 774 Oven Sample Processor are available for expansion to an automated titration system.

Methods

Method components such as titration, dosing, measuring, calculation and documentation can be linked with each other in any number and any sequence. If the titration system is operated together with a sample changer then the freely-programmable sample changer sequences are also components of the titration method.

The methods are stored on the hard disk of the PC. Backup of titration methods on storage media such as diskettes, network drives or CD-ROMs presents no problems. In addition to the endpoints found by the Titrino, the program is able to automatically evaluate special titration curves, e.g. from photometric or conductometric titrations. Evaluation according to Gran can also be carried out.

The program is available on CD-ROM in English or German. Earlier TiNet versions can be updated.
