PBT - Primary Battery Testing System
The PBT system is designed specifically for testing primary batteries. Commonly used functions in primary battery testing such as constant current discharge, constant load, and constant power discharge are independently conducted on each channel of PBT. Ramp or staircase discharge current control are also applicable. PBT is capable to perform most of ANSI (American National Standards Institute) and IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) test standards. The plug & play design of hardware emphasizes a preventive safety net, system reliability, easy maintenance, and low cost. |
BT2000 - Rechargeable Battery Testing System
General-purpose testing equipment for battery testing, life cycling, and material research. Each channel is a fully functional potentiostat/galvanostat and covers very wide current, voltage and power ranges. Also a useful tool for studying battery packs and chargers. |
EVTS - EV/HEV Battery Testing System
EVTS is a series of high power, automatic testing systems for electric vehicles (EV) or hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) batteries. It provides a programmable power supply and an lectronic load.
Arbin EVTS can effectively perform dynamic power charge/discharge using the standard Dynamic Stress Test (DST) or Federal Urban Driving Schedule (FUDS) procedures set by US Advanced Battery Consortium (USABC). The DST procedure fulfills the needs to simulate variable power driving cycles of an EV/HEV battery. FUDS test utilizes power simulation operation in Arbin MITS Pro software to simulate random charge/discharge change at every second during EV/HEV driving.

HSTS - High Speed Pulse Testing System
HSTS is designed to test batteries or supercapacitors that are used in wireless communication applications. Its pulse function covers over a broad range of communication profiles from 500 micro-seconds up to 60 minutes of pulse stage. Commonly used functions in energy storage device testing such as charge-discharge, constant current, constant voltage, constant load, and constant power are independently conducted on each channel of HSTS
Fuel Cell Testing.
