  Application Chemist
 
Job Role:
  Analyze samples of substances using various analytical techniques and instruments to determine their chemical content.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  1. Carry out measurements and analyses and ensure that sterile conditions necessary for some equipment are maintained.
  2. Record and collate data from chemical analysis work and document all work carried out.
  3. Keep up to date with developments in chemical analysis to ensure that the latest techniques and instrumentation are used.
  4. Observe all requirements to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  5. Support the service department in Application problem solving.
 
Competencies Required:
 
  1. M.Sc Chemistry (Any Discipline) Graduate
  2. Good presentation and communication skills.
  3. Willingness to travel extensively.

  Product Manager - ProcessLab
 
Job Role:
  To provide technical support to customers of special range of titration based instruments for At-line and On-line process applications and help customers make the best use of such products.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  1. Provide strong technical support to field sales team dealing in marketing of On-line and At-line ProcessLab equipment.
  2. Prepare and execute a marketing plan for promotion of ProcessLab instruments.
  3. Organise captive seminars in select locations/markets.
  4. Support participation in professional exhibitions, seminars and similar events.
  5. Train field sales team in technique, products/models (including system configurations etc) and applications of related instruments.
  6. Liaison with the overseas supply center on technical and commercial matters of this activity.
  7. Monitor order booking and order processing.
 
Competencies Required:
 
  1. 4-5 year's experience in related products' marketing activity.
  2. Thorough technical knowledge of similar or allied products, processes and applications.
  3. Graduate or post graduate in science or engineering.
  4. Capacity to take up challenging sales budgets and skills to get organized to meet them
  5. Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
  6. Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
  7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Knowledge of market potential and trends for similar ProcessLab products

  Product Manager - Applikon
 
Job Role:
  To develop Business plan and achieve all India Sales target of Applikon range of Online Process Instrumentation Products.

Responsibilities:
 
  1. Achieve set Sales Target (~ Rs. 6 Crores) for Applikon Products for All-India market.
  2. Make Business Plan for Applikon in India.
  3. Will be the main contact point for Applikon BV, Holland regarding Sales, Competition data & issues, Product design issues and Service issues & support.
  4. Identify and develop relationship with Project Consultants working on Turn-key Projects.
  5. Travel all-India extensively for enquiry generations, tenders, sales negotiations, finalization, etc.
  6. Responsible for taking care of issues which cause or may cause Customer dis-satisfaction.
  7. Will be directly supported by a Sr. Sales Executive and Service Specialist and indirectly supported by a team of Sales & Service personnel across India.
 
Competencies Required:
 
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience in selling Process-line Instruments.
  2. Preferably having experience working with Project Consultants or in Process Instrumentation line.
  3. Good marketing & selling skills.
  4. Graduate in Science or Engineering.
  5. Good inter-personal & organizing skills.

  Territory Manager
 
Job Role:
  Responsible for achieving sales targets in the specified Territory
 
Responsibilities:
 
  1. Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers(minimum).
  2. Establish and maintain effective communication links with other channels and medium to identify all sales opportunities.
  3. Prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.

  1. Carry out Installation & routine Preventive Maintenance activities to the full satisfaction of the Customer.
  2. Diagnose and repair faults of company products at customer's premises.
  3. Maintain & file records of all activities carried out at Customer premises.
 
Competencies Required:
 
  1. Fresher or with experience.
  2. Diploma in Electronics / B.E.
  3. Technical problem-solving skills.
  4. Should be proficient in Excel and Word processing.
  5. Good presentation and communication skills.
